We offer a 7-day refund window for all initial subscription purchases and credit top-ups. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Since our services involve significant computing costs (AI Model Tokens), we do not refund the value of consumed credits. Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis according to your remaining credits.
The refund amount is calculated using the following formula:
Refund Amount = (Remaining Credits / Total Credits Purchased) × Purchase Price

Our team will review your usage and process the prorated refund within 2-3 business days. Once processed, the funds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
