2. Service Delivery (Instant Access)

Kitool.AI is a digital SaaS product. Upon successful payment, your account will be instantly credited with the purchased points or subscription status. No physical shipping is involved. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after the transaction.

3. Accounts and Credits

3.1 Virtual Currency

"Credits" or "Points" on Kitool.AI are a virtual currency used solely to access AI models within our platform. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

3.2 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future charges.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (Important)

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or promotes violence.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
• Intended to deceive (e.g., generating fake news, phishing, or deepfakes).

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. AI Disclaimer (No Warranties)

Our Service provides access to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini. You acknowledge that:

• AI Hallucinations: AI models may generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information. Kitool.AI is not responsible for the accuracy of the generated content.
• Not Professional Advice: The Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kitool, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of the service shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
